Volleyball Advances to PSAC Semifinals With Sweep Over Lock Haven

Marissa Erminio finished with 17 kills and 14 digs, to lead Pitt-Johnstown to a 25-19, 26-24, and 25-22, win over Lock Haven University, in Tuesday evening's PSAC Quarterfinal match in the Sports Center. The Lady Cats, 24-10, advance to the PSAC Semifinals to take on  Gannon University on Friday at 5:30 p.m. at Shippensburg University.

Kelsey Shanabrook collected 11 kills and 20 digs, while Beth Kendera added 10 kills. Katie Svetahor also tallied 15 digs, and Larissa Swank had eight kills.

Allison Mondorff finished with a game-high 46 assists and 10 digs.

Megan Flick had 13 kills and Cody Anderson collected 10 kills to lead Lock Haven. Jessica Brown also finished with 35 assists and 12 digs in the loss.

Lock Haven's season came to an end with a 21-14 record.
